A new word for the lexicon.

This morning I was trying to wake O up. I asked if he wanted to wear his Christmas jammies to pajama day at school. He rolled over, rubbed his eyes and said…

“What did you say about KABLAMAS?”

ka-BLAM-as!

and that is how they shall be known from this day forward at our house.

We were in a rush to get them out the door, so I got this quick shot at the same time as they were gulping down breakfast. I love O’s star wars lego kablamas… and Mia’s working the stripes today.

I scored great teacher gifts this year… diffusers and candles marked down from 20.00 to 3.00 at Target.  I wanted something classy and useful… and it’s a bonus that they smell SO GOOD. Vanilla and Amber are two of our favorites. Maybe I’ll go back and grab a couple for us.

I’m so thankful for the wonderful teachers that devote their time and effort to educating our kids.

Between all of our wrong, funny words other people might think we are completely insane! (It's a little bit true).

One of the oldest of Martin family words is one Jeff coined many MANY years ago--I guess he was about 3 years old (1956). He loved BLAZED doughnuts.
